Quick and painless As soon as I walked in the doors I was warmly greeted by the front desk. I wasn’t even sure that when I walked in I was going to buy a vehicle. They immediately connected myself and my boyfriend who was there helping me with Irving. We sat down and chatted about what I’m looking for and we started walking around the showroom looking at new Subarus. I told him my budget and he was more than happy to keep the price within that range. We narrowed it down and got out on the road for a test drive. I loved it. I decided after about half a mile on the road that this was my new car. We got back and started getting paperwork done, signed papers with Landon, got the keys and was out the door. Irving went through my new Crosstrek and explained everything in full detail to me. We had a great experience and were so happy with our salesperson. I would highly recommend white bear Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and happy. Irving was a blessing. More

I took a test drive in the rain and I could see why this car is so popular. The sales manager, Sam, talked to me about leasing. Yvonne and Sam took enough time to quiet my concerns with facts. I never felt pressured or hustled in any way. I would recommend Yvonne to anyone looking for a new Subaru. Working with her was so comfortable for me. She knows a lot about Subaru and why it is such a reliable car. My lease was completed by Landon in finance and working with him was fun and I felt very good about what he was saying.
