Ernesto Motta and the entire staff were wonderful! I was recommended to Ernesto by a friend. I called to say I was interested in driving an SUV and considering BMW X3 based on my research about the car. As soon as I walked in Mr. Motto said please drive the car first to see if you like it. I did. However, I'm one of those people who likes light interior and I was giving up my white convertible so I didn't want another white. I found the car I wanted but it was out of my range for the monthly lease payments. Ernesto worked really hard with the finance department and we were able to come to an agreement. I didn't feel any pressure. Everyone was very cordial. I highly recommend BMW of Tenafly and especially Mr. Ernesto Motta, Landon Greer in Finance and certainly Mr. Jason Lee who worked with Ernesto to make the deal happen. Even the general manager, Christian Collins, stopped by just to say hi, and I wasn't near the possibility of driving out with a new car. I'm a happy camper! More

Ernesto Motta was fantastic, we were able to do the transaction almost entirely over the phone to minimize the travel and wait time. When we arrived for pickup, the car was as advertised, no hassle or hidden fees. Also, Ernesto did his best to respect our time and get the deal done quickly.
