Living in KC, I figured I could find a reputable dealership that would help me ( a 24 year old) find a clean and dependable car. Boy was I wrong! For a week I dealt with the stereotypical car salesmen. Not taking my needs into consent, sleezy practices and absurd dealings. I was ready to give up the search and buy a $400 clunker. That’s until my mother sent me a link to Jim Butler. From my first phone call, I felt at home with these group of awesome bandits. Mind you I was stuck in KC, so my entire interaction was over the phone. In a weeks time I went from car less to driving a beautiful car home. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. If you’re going to buy a car, buy from these guys. They have a warm group of guys that firstly value you as a human, and then as a customer. Not only were all my needs met, but they took extra steps and soared above them. I’m now officially only going to these guys for as long as I can drive. And if you get a chance go to Lance, he was absolutely phenomenal. Don’t spend your time on dealerships that only view you as a person that can meet their monthly quota. Go to a dealership like Jim Butlers that want to make you apart of their family. More

Good experience Lance was our salesman he done a phenomenal job, finance guy was great fast and easy.
