Lacey embarked on her journey in the automotive industry following a challenging experience while attempting to purchase a vehicle of her own. Realizing that the process of acquiring a vehicle should be more straightforward, she eagerly joined the team at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet in April 2017. As a dedicated sales consultant, Lacey's primary goal was to assist our esteemed clients in discovering the perfect vehicle that catered to their requirements and brought them joy. Since then, she has transitioned into the role of finance manager, where she now focuses on guiding our clients in finding cost-effective solutions to finance and safeguard their vehicles. Outside of her professional life, Lacey cherishes the moments spent with her loving husband and daughters, as well as the time she devotes to her beloved horses.

Tonkin Chevrolets customer service was beyond extraordinary. I purchased out of state and completely sight unseen. Shane, the service manager has handled many problems for me with amazing dedication to getting the best result for the customer. From routine smaller jobs to a very complicated analysis of my Corvette tires me with amazing dedication to getting the best result for the customer. Recently had some warranty work done on my Buick for the airbag. They did a great job Dominic. My service advisor took care of everything. Everyone there is super helpful. My car sales man Aldine (sorry if I missed spelled your name) was very pleasant and welcoming, he made sure I was satisfied with the car I wanted after viewing various cars. I had no intention of buying a car today, we was actually window shopping but after interacting with Aldine I had a change of heart and because he was very helpful and even took the time to show me some of the cool features in the car and for me that was a plus because my previous car sales man did not do so when I bought my first car in 2019. We will be back in 2-4 weeks to get another car for my husband and we hope to work with him again again. Thanks for your help Aldine, we appreciate it. More
