Recently purchased a 2020 Mustang GT Convertible from Car Visions Trooper. The process was simple enough and I drove the car home which was 3 hours away. When I got home I washed the car and discovered overs Visions Trooper. The process was simple enough and I drove the car home which was 3 hours away. When I got home I washed the car and discovered overspray all over the front of the car. It was Saturday evening and I e-mailed Car Visions. letting them know what I discovered. I also forwarded a photo so they could see the over spray. Monday the sales person Gary responded that he would check with the body shop to see what I could use. After that I never heard from them again, I purchased a product myself and after several hours removed the paint without damaging the car paint and trim. Being 3 hours away I was not going to take the car back to have them remove it, I do love the car. I just think think that when you spend $34,000+ on a car maybe the dealer could say take it to a body shop to get a quote or he is a product you can use yourself. Luckily I know quite a bit about detailing a car so it all worked out okay. Bought a second car at another dealership a few days after this one and the sale person called once and texted twice to make sure everything was good. More

The dealer used shady practice to lowball trade-ins. They didn't put it in the lift but said my car has an oil leak and needs a head gasket job. My driveway is spotless, with no oil leak. The car doesn't have white smoke or milky oil in the dipstick which indicates it needs a head gasket job. If you are not mechanically inclined and don't know much about cars beware of this dealer.
