My sales person West did a fantastic job helping me find the luxury vehicle that meet my needs. We looks at several of the pre-owned inventory vehicles and I drove a few before falling in love with my Maser the luxury vehicle that meet my needs. Shortly after driving off the lot in my new car, I noticed an issue with one of the tires. I called the dealership and was able to come back into the service department and Danny took great care of everything. Our Spur required an extensive body and undercarriage repair and "Ryan" initially setup everything and began the parts supply chain process ~200 miles from the actual repair site. Along with Ryan, "Kyle" continued to coordinate and ship parts as they were determined to be needed. This "distance-repair" supply chain was seamless and quite impressive regarding the logistical challenges that were presented between Charlotte and Augusta.
