The Price was right and the Saleman and all of the staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. They answered all of my questions and were did not push a sale down my throat. Kyle was very down to earth and friendly. He was fun to work with and I will surely return to him next time I get a vehicle. He got me in the car I wanted and he and Mike B worked really hard to get me in work with and I will surely return to him next time I get a vehicle. This included going to NY to get the exact Rav 4 I wanted, getting me a six year warranty and dealing with the loan company to get me a reasonable interest rate. This is the second new Toyota I have purchased at Handy and I won't go anywhere else when searching for a vehicle, even though I have move out of Franklin County since my first purchase. I have also utilized the service department, they are friendly and timely an always have smiles on their faces. Staff at Handy are honest and trustworthy, they work hard to get you what you want- not just to sell a car. More

When we purchased the vehicle in June, my husband and I were told that the oil change was free whether it be regular or synthetic oil. When I went in today, I was informed that we had to pay the differenc were told that the oil change was free whether it be regular or synthetic oil. When I went in today, I was informed that we had to pay the difference between the regular and synthetic oil. We didn't mind paying for this but we were misled at the time of sale and this should be corrected so other customers are not misled. More

After recently purchasing a truck from Handy Toyota my parents, who knew we were looking for a car, recommended them to us. We were fortunate enough to be able to work with the same sales rep that that t parents, who knew we were looking for a car, recommended them to us. He offered us clear information about our various purchasing options and worked with us to find something that would meet our needs. His patience, honesty and low pressure approach were certainly things that we appreciated. Our sales experience was a wonderful one and was certainly worth the 1.5 hour drive it took to get to Handy Toyota. Although there are other Toyota dealers that are closer to where we live our positive experience with Handy Toyota will bring us back there the next time we need to look for a vehicle. More
