I was in the market for a new pick-up so I went online and I ended up at Handys Toyata. The prices were competitive so I gave them a call and I talked to Kyle Ward. I have dealt with many car salesman through the years and I found that Kyle was not pushy, arrogant, nor in a hurry to make a sale. He listened to what we wanted we checked out a Toyota Tacoma with the smaller back seats. At this time, my wife and I decide that we really needed to have a bigger back seat. Kyle was able to show us another model with the bigger back seat and we were sold! Unfortunately, the vehicle was sold so he intern found us another model that was to our liking as well. Kyle is a 100% Professional Salesman. We appreciate all of his time, effort and attitude in satisfying us with this purchase agreement at Handy's Toyota. My wife and I purchased a barely used (90 miles) Tundra from Handy Toyota in 2007. It has been an excellent vehicle. In late December, 2012 we contacted Handy Toyota to help us find a new Tundra. Meantime, we contacted USAA to help with finding a new vehicle; they have a beneficial program that helps minimize our costs. When we followed up with Handy Toyota early this month, we asked that the USAA car buying service savings be considered. Handy Toyota, not only agreed to do this, but went the extra mile to help us find new 2012 and 2013 Tundras that meet our needs and deliver the cost savings that USAA proposed. Our experience has been very positive, working first with Jackie Tatro in Handy's online service department, Adam Luneau, and then Kyle Ward in Sales. I give the review above because the moment my wife and I stepped into their facility we were approached with very friendly people first and then taken care of by very friendly salespeople. I do understand the purpose of their job is to sell cars but I never felt I was pushed into anything. They, especially the gifted salesperson Kyle Ward, explained everything to my wife and I. We had been looking into buying a RAV 4 and went to a few other places and did not feel the same way as when we went to Handy Toyota in St. Albans,Vermont. My wife and I knew what we wanted and the guys there did an exceptional job attending to our needs and desires. When we went there we saw mostly guys working there and they were great BUT I am sure that the gals are just as friendly and professional as all those I came into contact. Handy Toyota is HANDS DOWN a fantastic place to purchase a car. I also spoke with a couple of customers while I was there and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility.
