Overall, this is the best experience I've had at a car dealership. We were greeted right away by Kyle who was eager to help and listened very attentively to our needs. Based on what we said we were looking for, he brought us right over to the two cars we ended up taking home. We spent less than 10 minutes walking the lot which we appreciated because we did not want to be outside in the heat with our 7 month old daughter. While inside, discussing our options and gathering the paperwork, he was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to want to do everything in his abilities to exceed our expectations. Hector, the sales manager, was there every step of the way to ensure Kyle's success and attend to any higher level decision making that was needed. His experience showed in his commanding of the situation to ensure the most positive outcome was achieved and that our every need was met. Going over the final details with Vaughn was also a very pleasant experience. He asked us about how we met, wanted to know about our daughter and we talked about his two sons. Engaging us in conversation was a smart way to get us through the mundane task of signing a mountain of paperwork! In all, we achieved everything we set out to and more, leaving the lot with two cars that were of higher quality than we thought we could afford. Well done, gentlemen. Having hit several other dealerships in our research for a new vehicle over the past several days, we expected the same sales “hustle” from the time we hit the parking lot until we left it. Not so with Brandon Honda. From our initial contact the soft and easy approach of our Sales rep. Gio Martinez, was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the CRV product. Nothing was “pushed” on us, nor were we pressured. Instead, we enjoyed this “sales” experience with Gio as much as he obviously enjoyed sharing the CRV and its amenities with us. He was proud of this vehicle and it showed. He answered every question we had. When the walkthrough and test drive were completed, Gio had completely sold us on this vehicle. This positive experience continued as we went through the “dreaded” price determination process. Again, Ferris Hamdan (Sales Manager) made this close to a stress less experience as well. He carefully went over the financial details with us, we negotiated and arrived at a price to finalize the sale; and we did. Bo made the financial paperwork quick, easy and answered all our questions during the process in understandable detail. This team of folks made every step along the way to complete this sale, a positive one. We are now proud owners of a new 2013 Honda CRV. As a first time car buyer I had no idea what to expect and went in clueless. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Kyle. He was so friendly and asked me some great questions to get me started. We went for a test drive in a Civic and he explained all the computerized features for me. Then he asked me if I'd like to test drive a CRV and I did. I absolutely loved it. I was expecting to leave with a used car that day but Kyle went above and beyond to find me my perfect car and the color that I wanted. I left with a brand new CRV because Kyle got me a great rate and a great deal. I could tell he genuinely cared about my wants and needs, no mumbo jumbo. I was interested in buying a Honda CRV. When I arrived at Brandon Honda to test drive the CRV, Rammie Hamdan came right up and was so friendly and helpful. Rammie kept in touch with me without pressuring me. When I was ready to make the purchase, I came in with my dad (he had been in touch with the manager). Rammie was not there yet that morning. Kyle Lampp helped us. Kyle was so very friendly and helpful as well. When Rammie arrived, both he and Kyle took care of us. Everything went so smooth. Kyle never made me feel like I was speaking with or working with the stereotypical car sales man. He made me and my sons feel very comfortable buying a car. We were all in agreement with the price, and gushed over how nice, and how much Kyle worked with us on our purchase. I get buyers remorse very easily and I'll tell you I have a wonderful peace about what I purchased and who I purchased it from. I want Kyle to come to my barbecue. What else can I say but thank you thank you. Kylie's manager "I feel horrible" I can't recall his name, was also involved but not in a way I have ever experienced. Instead of playing the manager game and the use of the manager card which has always seemed manipulative. He actually added to the joy of my experience. After my sons felt they had secured me the best deal possible Kylie's manager stepped in at the end of the deal and gave me additional money off the car. What else can I say but too bad my car is going to last me for years to come. I don't feel intimidated anymore not with them. I will refer my friends and family to them if they find themselves in the market for a new or used car. Especially Kyle! Thanks guys for everything and I'll peek in and say hi at my next oil change.
