Excellent Experience - Start to Finish I have been dealing with Smythe for almost 20 years. The employees not only demonstrate an excellent level of product knowledge, but also take the ti I have been dealing with Smythe for almost 20 years. The employees not only demonstrate an excellent level of product knowledge, but also take the time to understand what the customer wants in a car. They have never tried to sell me a car - but have simply helped me to decide which vehicle is best for me. From Kevin Flanagan (Owner / President), to Kevin Bergeron (Finance), to Kyle Jackon (Sales) the experience was as pleasant as it was easy and the polar opposite of the "automall" world of most dealerships today. I know they stand behind the cars they sell and I'll be back for my next vehicle. Well done! More
