Horrible experience. Negotiated on a Defender and was told by the sales person they were going to get back to me first thing in the morning since they left for the day an Negotiated on a Defender and was told by the sales person they were going to get back to me first thing in the morning since they left for the day and let me know when they can deliver the car to me. The next day never heard from them, only to find out that they sold the car that same night(although they didnt knot it was sold when they left for the day apparently?) No one even mentioned to me someone else was looking at it (car dealerships know when a deal is in the works) and they decided to have me on the back burner and took the better deal for them. They have horrible communication and I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time with a dealership that cannot be transparent with clients. More
