EDIT 7/6/26: Unfortunately I have to reduce my initial rating of Dover Chevrolet drastically. I discovered an issue with the vehicle when I put it on the road in May 2026. It was service related (service was performed at Dover Chevrolet to prep the car for sale) and could have caused major engine damage if I hadn't discovered it. I was contacted by Dover Chevrolet after the issue was documented and corrected by another dealership. I was told that I would receive some compensation for the correction of the issue by the other dealership, since I had to pay for it. It has been two months and I have not received what was promised. I cannot recommend taking a vehicle to Dover Chevrolet for service after this incident. The sale itself was fine, but I'm very disappointed in them not following through with what was promised. More
