The entire Crown Ineos sales team was friendly and were just as enthusiastic about the Grenadier as I was! They all were willing to talk ‘Grenadier’ even though they see it everyday! I worked with Kyle who just as enthusiastic about the Grenadier as I was! They all were willing to talk ‘Grenadier’ even though they see it everyday! I worked with Kyle who was simply great and very patient. Let’s just say I changed my mind a few times and even when I mustered the guts to do it, I still couldn’t decide on which options or model to get. Needless to say, Kyle answered all my questions and he never once resorted to ‘sleazy' car salesman tricks. In fact, he just gave me space to think and answered all my questions, which were daily for about a week or so. I am happy with the experience overall and would recommend Kyle. The only thing I would comment on is their car detailing team, let's just say they missed the detail in detailing, missed more than a few spots. More
