Could use some training in customer service. Sales agreed to have Skyline install my "Decked" cargo bed drawer system as part of the sales agreement on my Ranch F150. I brought it to the body shop at 8am. The body shop manager started arguing right away. They had scheduled me at 10am (I have a text for 8am). The body shop manager told me I would be charged for any extra time or modifications to install. This was not part of the agreement I had with Skyline. I felt attacked for something I believed should have been a friendly courteous service. I've been a Skyline customer for 33 years. My son used to work here years ago in the body shop. I was left with a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach today. More
