I had a very negative experience working with Kurt Kim. He made a few extremely rude comments. Namely, he said that when he saw my husband and me he didn't understand what was going on and thought that He made a few extremely rude comments. Namely, he said that when he saw my husband and me he didn't understand what was going on and thought that I was my husband's aunt. His comment was completely unsolicited. Further, I was undergoing medical treatments at the time. Kurt was handed our sale and we simply needed to make the purchase that day--otherwise we would have never purchased our car through Kurt. We will never work with him again. We have previously had very positive interactions with Muller and enjoyed working with their professional, knowledgeable, and personable staff. More

We have purchased from Muller in the past, but because of Kurt Kim, we will not purchase from them again. We went in to test drive and get pricing on a 2025 Honda HRV. The previous salesperson we had w Kurt Kim, we will not purchase from them again. We went in to test drive and get pricing on a 2025 Honda HRV. The previous salesperson we had worked with two years ago is no longer in sales, although he still works for Muller. He, Larry Pinkus, told us Kurt Kim would be able to help us. My husband and I sat down with him, told him exactly what we wanted, and asked for a test drive. Kurt seemed very happy to help us. We drove the HRV and went back to the dealership. We asked for specific pricing. Kurt proceeded to scratch out numbers on a piece of paper. My husband asked if he could provide a print out of the breakdown of the pricing, and Kurt said he likes to write things down. That did not instill confidence in the numbers he gave us, but okay. We told him that we were going to do our due diligence and shop around for the best price. Even though we had had a positive experience at Muller in the past, this is a major purchase. Cost is definitely an issue for us. When we told Kurt that he immediately stood up and walked away angrily. My husband and I were in shock. Right before our eyes he turned into a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. We stood up confused about what was happening when Kurt came back. He said he wanted to give us his card. My husband told him that we appreciate working with nice people, and Kurt said “whatever,” and sat down. My husband went up to two men who may or may not have been managers and told them how rude Kurt was, and they did not have much to say. If you purchase from Muller, stay away from Kurt Kim. He is the stereotypical car salesman with a really bad attitude. More
