Tara, who is really a gem, sits in the car with the customer once it is delivered. Although she is really quite the technical wizard, she explains every single feature in an easy to understand manner. She is extremely patient and takes her time and ensures that the customer drives out of the dealership knowing everything needed to use the all of the features that make the Subaru such a safe and fun driving experience.
