We were able to get the car we wanted without a lot of painful negotiation. He was informative and personable. He was open to listening and able to get his management to agree on the price we were willing to pay and even got more money for our trade-in. There was no pressure felt from Josh. Nicole was very patient in going over the car with us to ensure we have the best driving experience. Kristen Inaugurato was super efficient and explained all details very clearly. Best financing experience I have ever had when buying a car. More
