Yesterday I bought a new Subaru Outback. My sales rep Kris Persaud was so patient with me as I looked at 4 different ones, and he went over the pros/cons/differences of each one. I ended up leaving but calling him back with questions, which he promptly answered, and I ended up going back the same day to purchase. He was knowledgeable and patient without once getting pushy. After my purchase, he again showed me each button and what it does. I was impressed that they set up a two-week appt for me to go back to ask questions, and I already have my first free oil change scheduled. I was happy with the whole experience. Shout out to Kris for making it so enjoyable! More
