Last night I have purchased my brand new car - 2014 Toyota Corolla from Toyota of Naperville and I could not have had a better experience! It was my second visit to this dealership since May 2013. My husband bought a new Camry then and he came home very happy and raved about how good his sales guy Kris was. He was very impressed with Kris's sales skills. He told me: "Kris is very good at what he does and when you need a new car we will come back to work with Kris". The same thing happened with me. Kris Kosinski was wonderful. I knew I was in good hands from the start. He was very knowledgeable, informative, patient and honest with me. He took his time to explain and answer all my questions and put me at ease. I am not very technology oriented and last Monday he provided me with the cars I was interested in; new Corolla as well as Scion HD. He showed me all the perks and complexities of those two cars. It made me feel a lot less nervous about buying a new car. Kris was approachable and I felt like he really wanted to help me to make the best and educated decision about the future car. I am very grateful for that!!! He helped me to understand every little detail related to the car. I decided to buy a new Corolla and the whole experience was great!!! The first half was great. The salesman showed me what I wanted and what was available and was very knowledgable and genuine. However, once you have selected your car you spend 2 hours waiting around for wanted and what was available and was very knowledgable and genuine. However, once you have selected your car you spend 2 hours waiting around for others to give you a sales pitch on other items while you wait. I thought I was waiting for my paperwork to be finished, but I was just waiting around for the next sale. That is when I REALLy felt like I was in a typical car dealership. I have bought 3 other cars and it never took that long after choosing my car. If I had known I would have bought from someone else, but that is probably why they wait until AFTER you choose your car.
