I purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 that has had 3 issues in under 200 miles of ownership. I’m told that RAM doesn’t have a solution for it and there’s nothing can do but I’m expected to drive this new truck ar under 200 miles of ownership. I’m told that RAM doesn’t have a solution for it and there’s nothing can do but I’m expected to drive this new truck around that has a check engine light on for an engine malfunction and a whining noise from the engine on cold starts. The 3rd issue is temporarily resolved. I requested to get out of the truck and get into another one so I could leave these issues behind. I was told I would be taken care of. Keep in mind I took a PTO day off of work to find a solution and common ground. I sat at the dealership for 2 hours and was patient. I was told several times that the GM is working on my deal. He didn’t even touch it and approached me realizing that I had been waiting. He told me he would be with me in 20-30 mins. He said I could leave and he’d call me to talk it out . I said that’s fine, I’m going to drive the 70 miles home and will expect his call. Well that call never came. I followed up through the day and was told he’s working on it just to be told once they were closed that they would look into it tomorrow. I’ve purchased 5 new vehicles at this dealership and was treated like this? I can’t wrap my head around how this is acceptable. The lack of empathy, professionalism, desire to do right, and transparency about the ordeal are prevalent. I was also told that I would have to come more out of pocket on the new vehicle to get out of the seriously flawed one I have. I genuinely in good faith wouldn’t think Mark Harrison would let this fly. I’ve been loyal, patient, and as understanding as I can be in this matter. To be led on, not prioritized, and not respected is inexcusable. More

Just bought a Jeep Compass and was completely taken advantage of. Extended warranty was added for $3,000 without asking and charged $500 for key replacement without asking. When confronted about the extra charges they acted like this is charged to everyone when in fact it is not. I would never purchase a car from this dealership again. They are very deceiving and just about making money. If I could I would take my Jeep back and cancel the entire transaction. More

Kris was great! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman! He even helped my granddaughter get a vehicle at the Chevy dealer too. When we had issues with a very pushy salesman there that wouldn't listen to our concerns he helped make it right and get a different salesman to deal with. It was her first time buying a car so that was very important for it to be a pleasant experience. I would recommend Kris at Ed Martin Jeep to anyone, I cannot say enough how wonderful he was to work with. If we ever need another vehicle we will definitely be back to see him!!! Thanks! More

Also, Ed Martin was very professional as well when my car's Check Engine light came on and needed to be repaired. Right away they were on it, figured out what was going on, repaired it, and had it back to me right on time! I would definitely recommend Kris to work with as a Sales Professional and Ed Martin Chrysler, Jeep Dodge, Ram for sales and service. Way to go Team!!!! More

My search started online, which is where I found a vehicle I really wanted to check out. So, I called Ed Martin CDJR and Kris G. answered the phone. He told me the vehicle was still for sale, BUT some vehicle I really wanted to check out. So, I called Ed Martin CDJR and Kris G. answered the phone. He told me the vehicle was still for sale, BUT someone was working a deal on it all day. He said if I wanted to come see it, he would let me know if anything happened with the vehicle. This dealer is 1.5 hours away from me, so if it was sold, I really needed to know ASAP to avoid wasting my time. About 20 minutes after I left the house, he told me the vehicle was sold. I was heartbroken but accepted the situation. He texted me soon after with some other vehicles I might be interested in. Turns out one of them caught my eye. I had some other vehicles I wanted to check out that were on my list and ended up getting absolutely screwed driving to those dealers… I then told Kris I was on my way to look at the vehicle he had suggested to me which didn’t have all the options/ features I initially wanted. But after arriving at the dealer, I could see the vehicle was sitting out front waiting for me and it had already been cleaned up (or it was just already clean to begin with). This was nice as I didn’t have to struggle to look for damage under a layer of dirt… Seeing how clean and well-kept the vehicle was, the features I wanted felt less important. We then worked on making a deal, which was way easier than expected. I did a lot of looking around for vehicles in my price range and knew exactly what the price range was for the vehicle I ended up purchasing. I believe it was an honest and reasonable price. The price was so reasonable in fact, I literally didn’t have a legitimate reason for them to knock $1 off the price. We agreed on pricing and then went over some of the financing with Jeremy G., but it was late, and we decided to finish the agreement the next day. Even though I hadn’t signed all the necessary paperwork, they surprised me by allowing me to drive the vehicle home. I was pretty happy about that, since I was hoping to come home with a new vehicle that day. The next day I worked with Jeremy again to go over the rest of the paperwork and he did an excellent job of explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. I didn’t feel uneasy about signing something I shouldn’t have. I felt totally comfortable and confident when I left the lot. To summarize the rest, I drove up there a total of 4 times and spent 12 hours on the road going back and forth. Once to look at the vehicle and start paperwork, another time to finish the paperwork, another time to drop it off for Glasscoat and warranty work, then again to finally pick it up. Each time, they filled the tank back up and they even threw in a brand-new key for me. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase, and I’m impressed with how pleasant the entire experience was. These guys have set a new standard for me when it comes to purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. I’ll honestly be back for my next car(s) in the future.
