A very BAD experience with the worst customer service from management to service to the receptionist. Klodian Stringa, the manager of Lia Hyundai, offered me NO solution to my engine not being covered by from management to service to the receptionist. Klodian Stringa, the manager of Lia Hyundai, offered me NO solution to my engine not being covered by my warranty. I am the original owner of a Hyundai Tucson, this is my first new car and I bought this with the piece of mind that the warranty gave me at the time. However, when your engine fails at 85K miles and you cannot produce every receipt for every oil change on the vehicle, they will NOT stand by their warranty and will deny coverage or any wrong doing. This is AFTER they approved my turbo malfunction and needed warranty replacement. I will NEVER own another Hyundai again. This dealership needs new management top to bottom. BUYER BEWARE!! Venroy Allen, a service technician, doesn't drive a Hyundai if that tells you anything. He also forgets to order the correct parts and change brake lights. More

The price we agreed upon was reasonable and fair and much better than other dealerships we've encountered. Mohamed Aljahmee clearly explained everything about the vehicle we were interested in and made it easy to make our decision. He sat with us in the car to make sure that we knew how to operate all the features. Azee carefully helped us set up Hyundai blue link so that we would have full access to all the special features of our new car. He also called us the next day to check on how we liked our car and to see if we needed additional assistance in any way. Lia Hyundai in Hartford operates the way all dealerships should operate.
