I was upside-down in my SUV due to a high interest rate i had to do something. So i contacted Kimie and said hey you provided an amazing deal 2 weeks a go with the purchse of my Camry what can you do to help me get out of my Xterra. My SUV had high mileage and I knew it wouldn't be long before i started to have trouble. Kimie did some searching for the right vehicle to fit my needs. I needed to keep my payment where it was and i needed something with great gas mileage. He was able to meet all my needs and got me a great price for my trade-in, and outstanding interest rate on the new loan, and kept my payment right where i needed it to be. Kimie's outstanding customer service is second to none. I am a committed customer for life and i am already thinking about that new tundra and can't wait to do business with him again... he made a true customer advocate with the service he provides. I not only tell everyone about the great deal i got, i have to tell them he is the one you want to talk to. Honest and committed to his word. He even made my 5 year old son have a good time. I was not planning on purchasing a car that day; however, I did have in mind the make and model I wished to purchase in the future. Kimie showed me a wonderful selection of Toyota Corollas as he explained everything in great detail. There were literally no questions left for me to ask. We test drove a 2016 Corolla and then went inside so he could break down some numbers for me. Finances are not my forte, but Kimie allowed me to be a part of the process and understand everything so fully that my anxiety vanished and I was making a decision of purchasing my new vehicle. Overall, Kimie was honest and open about the entire process as well as sharing his own experiences regarding his vehicle purchases. I cannot express how grateful I am to have been referred to Kimie as he truly made this experience what it was. My wife and i work to far from each other to carpool and had no idea how we were going to replace our SUV. Our credit was shaky; mediocre at best. SO i contacted Kimie at Avondale Toyota to see if he could get us in a similar vehicle with a payment that was close to the SUV. He told me he would take care of us and get us in something better. My wife and I were very doubtful. Kimie contacted us the next day and said I have the perfect car. It was a 2016 Toyota Camry with all the bells and whistles. What was even better he said it would be financed with 0% interest!! Thinking this was just the old "bait & switch" we were hesitant because we never had a brand new car. Let alone with 0% interest. So we went on down to check it out... Low and behold we drove off the lot that day with a car payment we wanted and the biggest smile on our faces! I immediately told everyone i knew this is the place to go and he is the person to see if you are in the market for a new car. We are still in shock that this beautiful 2016 Camry is ours and we owe it all to Kimie Stewart! More

Kimie was honest easy to talk to and more then helpful to my wife and myself. Within 1 minute of submitting an online info form I received a phone call from Kimie. I stated what my plan was and was invited to come and meet with him. He was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate ours right from the start to meet with him. I stated what I was looking for, the reason why and what I was able to spend. Right away Kimie jumped into action and went to work for me. I didn't once feel hassled by his service and instantly gained a trust for Kimie as he stuck to my plan and didn't try to get me with one of the dealerships plans as so many dealers do. In fact when running into trouble with financing the vehicle he went to work even harder. Kimie went to work for three almost four hours to get the deal done that I wanted. Many customers were walking in and his attention never once deviated from us. We ended up walking away from he deal with everything we wanted and more. It was our starting point and we expected to have some difficulty finding exactly what we wanted. We were helped by Kimie Stewart. Right from the start we felt very welcomed by Kimie and he showed us a tremendous amount of patience. He was very informative and answered a lot of our question without us having to ask them. One thing that stood out from our salesman was that he showed genuine concern in finding something that was right for us. It wasn't long before Kimie broke down all the deals on the lot and gave us great information on all the pros and cons. So much so that we felt ready to make a decision. Once we sat to look at the financing options, Kimie continued to make us feel very comfortable, explaining every single expense and options of the financing process. Both my wife and I were amazed with Kimie's attentiveness and determination to have us get what we wanted. At one point he ordered lunch for us since the process of buying two cars kept us there for several hours. That's right! We came in interested in buying one vehicle and ended up buying TWO! Goodhearted Salesman This is the 3rd time my family bought a car from Avondale Toyota and so far we always have this feeling of contentment every time we buy one. We just got done paying our 2 cars and we never encountered any problem, especially when we need help from AT. Last week,my parents bought their car, they just lost their recent car because of an accident. They just got done fixing that car and spent their hard earned money (4 thousand) before it got totalled. They were very devastated but they know they have to let go of that car and find a new one. My son and I took my parents in AT, at first we were very disappointed to know that our former salesman was not there anymore. I was very nervous, I find it hard to talk and trust a new salesman. But, when we met Kimie in the parking space, we were all met by his very friendly smile and humbleness. He made us all feel very welcome (even offered us drinks/snacks right away), and never pressured us to buy a car. He was very clear and precise with all the information (even to the smallest details) about the cars we were looking. We also love that we can see the screen when he showed and explained to us everything about all the payment info (no hidden costs). So my parents bought a 2014 Toyota Camry and they are very highly satisfied with their experience buying a car in AT.
