I was questioned as to why I had a free oil change. Kim didn't see the paperwork in the car and at first said I would have to pay for an oil change. I also had to ask that my paperwork stating the Kim didn't see the paperwork in the car and at first said I would have to pay for an oil change. Excellent service from the personnel with whom we had contact. They made every effort to have quick attention and service for an unexpected WARNING on our 2023 Traverse. We love that Traverse and were contact. They made every effort to have quick attention and service for an unexpected WARNING on our 2023 Traverse. We love that Traverse and were thrilled that it was a straightforward fix. The repair was for an electronic issue and was ready for us to pick it up by the next morning.
