Working with Kimberly Harris made this a wonderful experience. She was patient as we worked through the process and worked around the clock to answer any questions. She beat any dealership offers I was able to find on my own. I was not sure about continuing to use d&m after my last experience because it felt like I was left on my own after my lease started...Kimberly totally changed that. She has made me a customer with d&m for as long as she is there. She is a great asset to this company, and I would recommend her to anyone I know.
