Working with Claudio was a pleasure, so much so that I feel like I have a new BFF. Super sales Manager Miss Kim Douglas marshaled her financial forces to the attack and, applying her expertise, achieved the transaction result I sought. We all had tears of joy running down our faces. Even the receptionist, Miss Marci, ever cheerful and helpful, had misty eyes. Much positive energy was sent out into the universe. After just having our previous car totaled the week prior, I was a bit apprehensive about walking another dealership/car lot and hearing a fast talker but Claudio took his time with us, searching practically the whole new and pre-owned lots to find our perfect choice of vehicle. Every vehicle that caught our eye, he put us in to test drive. He was very patient with us, and understanding of what we were looking for! Upon going in, we had a set price/payment plan in mind, Claudio, Kim and Kevin worked with us on our credit and down payment to put us as close as we could to our desired amount. They made sure that we understood all the ins and outs of our purchase and never got pushy or exasperated with us taking extra time to consider our options. We spent the entire day at their dealership and walked away with the perfect vehicle for us. Everyone there was very accommodating! By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had in a car lot! I will definitely be bringing my business back to Allen Turner Hyundai. More

We first met with Jason for t My husband and I, Mike Knighten test drove an Elantra Value Edition a couple of weeks ago on the way to a work meeting. We first met with Jason for the test drive etc and were so surprised that there was no sales pressure at all but very informative and pleasant. Mike then researched and even went to other dealers closer to our home in Montgomery. He communicated with several dealers in close cities but in the end, Allen Turner had the best deal and was by far the most pleasant. He received follow up calls after our visit and test drive. Jason had told us he would be on vacation for a couple of weeks so we then were dealing with Basil. We went Saturday to seal the deal and were so impressed by several who came over to introduce themselves to us while we waited on the process, the sales manager, finance person, Charla and others. Charla was just as pleasant as we signed so many papers to purchase our vehicle. We were treated with respect, honesty and knew we were appreciated when we left with our new Elantra. We would definitely recommend Allen Turner Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle and will be a repeat customer when we need another one. I already have an Accent I purchased in Georgia 7 years ago after Mike and I both owning several Honda and Toyota vehicles which brought us great long time vehicle life but the price and the great deals brought us to Hyundai now.
