the best car buying experience I've ever had I was looking for a Subaru for about 3 weeks. Every deanship I went to always seemed to be in my face about getting their car. Some even sent multiple I was looking for a Subaru for about 3 weeks. Every deanship I went to always seemed to be in my face about getting their car. Some even sent multiple salesmen over to me while they messed around with numbers. Mainly to keep me occupied. I found it very annoying especially when I just wanted to look at the car. I got to Huebner and was left alone till I walked in and asked for Kim bc we had talked on the phone and set up an appointment. As she introduced herself she asked if I wanted to test drive either of the 2 I was looking at. Then she got my info and put a plate on and gave me a route to take then left me alone!!!!! After I drove it she asked if I wanted to look at the other. I declined bc I knew I wanted this one. She then asked if I wanted to trade in and fought vigorously to get to an agreement on my cars trade in value and even threw the crossbars in to seal the deal. I told them I wanted to use my own bank to finance and they said they could look at what they can do with their banks. Not for me to use but for my bank to have a competitor to get me the best option. I will say though they did seem short staffed but managed multiple customers flawlessly also I would like to note they are the only dealership I seen actually show pictures with the lights on in the car to show the lights worked for all the buttons and I greatly appreciated working with Kim. More

7 Hours Planning to buy a Outback… We’ve been researching dealerships for a good 2 months trying to find a good dealer with a good selection of Outbacks………finally decided to make a road We’ve been researching dealerships for a good 2 months trying to find a good dealer with a good selection of Outbacks………finally decided to make a road trip to Carrollton,Ohio to HUEBNER CHEV.-SUBARU because of there good selection.This would mean a 3 hour drive each way but was pretty sure we were ready to buy and felt like it would be worth our while.I spoke with a salesman Friday to make sure they had plenty to look at and told him we would be there the next day……called him again Saturday morning when they opened and verified we were leaving.we finally got there at 12;45 and spoke with a salesman(they were very busy)…he took us back in his office for about 10 minutes while he found a salesman and then told us to wait in the showroom till he found one.About 20 minutes later a salesman did come………and he even apologized for being so busy………but said quote “We are closed”………exactly those words……that was it!……………NEEDLESS TO SAY……I was shocked and humiliated ………and swore to myself that I would never,ever, buy a Subaru …(much less from them)…BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS……………we decided to stop at LOUIS THOMAS SUBARU in Parkersburg on the way home………so 2 hours later we bought a BRAND SPANK’IN NEW SUBARU OUTBACK and payed cash for it……………THE END…………oh by the way………no one ever mentioned they closed at 1:00PM ON A SATURDAY!!!!… More

While at the dealership, everyone was extremely friendly and went out of there way to greet me and make sure I was being taken care of. Adam Ketchum in finance was extremely nice, speedy, and thorough. He made the finance portion fun and even printed out my insurance cards for me. My entire experience was truly above and beyond other dealerships. I really recommend Huebner Subaru and would drive over an hour again to go here! More
