They were told to bring a check and the title to the 1-year old Can-Am they hauled in on their trailer to trade in. They brought both and actually brought a Certified Check from their local bank but the dealer still wouldn’t honor that when they arrived - EVEN AFTER THE DEALER FINANCE MANAGER PERSONALLY SPOKE WITH THE BANK PERSONNEL TO VERIFY THAT THE CERTIFIED CHECK WAS LEGITIMATE AND THE FUNDS WERE THERE! THEN THE DEALER TRIED TO CONVINCE HIM TO FINANCE THROUGH THEM SO THEY COULD PROFIT FURTHER FROM THE FINANCING! They even made their own sales lady cry because she lost a customer and commission… so think twice if you are considering a sales position there too! Bad business. Reputation is everything these days. If they keep this up and don’t correct things… theirs will eventually be toast. More

Great Experience I was in the market for a new ATV. Called around noon on a Saturday. Talked to Kim Geiser. She was polite and very helpful. Decided to make the two ho I was in the market for a new ATV. Called around noon on a Saturday. Talked to Kim Geiser. She was polite and very helpful. Decided to make the two hour trip and test drive a couple. Kim didn't pressure me at all, and I got a great deal on a 2017 Grizzly 700 EPS in beautiful Alpine White. It was a pleasant experience from arrival, to test drive, to decision, to financing and signing the paperwork. The entire process only took a couple hours. I ended up being there passed the 5:00 closing time, but Kim didn't mind and even unlocked the building to go back in a find me a free t-shirt. Great customer service. More
