I have owned cars for many years. Lexus products for the past 10+ years. In all my dealing with Lexus of Manhattan I have been most satisfied. I came in contact with Kevin Yu when I traded in my 2000 RX300 past 10+ years. In all my dealing with Lexus of Manhattan I have been most satisfied. I came in contact with Kevin Yu when I traded in my 2000 RX300 to the 2011 RX350. Kevin is the best!!! I felt as though I was dealing with my own family. Not only was Kevin extremely helpful in the trade-in process but any subsequent question or problem that I had, I called Kevin (day or night) even on his cell phone!!! and he always saw me through the problem. Kevin & the dealership are the reason why I would trade in my 2011 car to a newer one (when the time comes),and would most certainly recommend Kevin, the dealership and of course the car to my friends. Kevin, please keep up the good work. More
