I test drove the car, but it wasn't a price we wanted to pay. The employees were very friendly and helpful, but I never felt pressured. Yesterday, Butch texted me the details of a vehicle that had just come in. Today, we bought it! There was no game playing on the price. This dealership made me feel like they were glad to have our business. The entire buying process was over in about 30 minutes!!! It was an informal yet efficient and comfortable transaction. Buying a vehicle ranks right up there with a root canal for me! So, when I say this was easy and pleasant, you need to believe that it really was! Grover had a super clean one with low miles that was more than I planned to spend and a less preferred color. Randy Cobb was very communicative and checked in with me periodically (it was several weeks from the time I test drove the car until I decided to end my search and go a little over budget to buy it). I bought a used 2013 Subaru with 45K miles. The car had been nicely detailed. I’m very happy with it. More
