We had a wonderful experience from start to completion as we purchased our new Terrain at Kevin Grover GMC. Bob, our salesman, was tenacious as he doggedly looked for a car that met all our needs. In the end he found us just what we wanted. At first, we wanted a blue SUV with certain safety features. What we bought was a beautiful, sleek, white Terrain, loaded with features that we didn't even know existed. So after many years of buying Honda CRV's, we are now happily nestled into the GMC family of cars. Kevin made the financial arrangements for us, which usually send my blood pressure through the roof. But Kevin made the paperwork a breeze for us and answered all our questions/concerns in a way that was easy to understand. We felt we could trust what he said. And when we met Kevin, we understood why we had such an excellent experience at his dealership. Kevin is personable. He has a long history with GMC in Wagoner. He knows how to hire excellent employees who stay with him for years. We appreciate an honest "car guy." They are often very hard to find anymore. More
