Kevin was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. In 2001 Kevin moved to a small town in the NE corner of Colorado and met his wife. Kevin spent most of his career in retail management when he decided to go into sales because of his love for the face to face interactions with customers. Kevin just relocated to Indiana with his wife and two daughters for the school system and increased career opportunities here. Kevin is new to Indiana, not to customer service!! He looks forward to working with the team here at Tom Wood Toyota, and the community it serves.

I was cheated of my money I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla from Tom Wood Toyota. My experience was good until it was time to change the car into my name. They did not have the title in so when they did finally get it in there was a late fee. I should not have to pay a late fee for something that was out of control and I have not yet been reimbursed. I would not recommend anyone go here or do business with this company at all. More

Everyone was extremely friendly, willing to work with us, and get us the best car for our budget. Great experience! It was a bit of a commute to Whitestown, but WORTH IT! Plus, their lifetime powertrain warranty doesn't hurt either! ;) More

Wow Factor I called initially to put money down to hold on a Jeep. I was told I could not do this so made an appointment to come into the dealership. When I go I called initially to put money down to hold on a Jeep. I was told I could not do this so made an appointment to come into the dealership. When I got there they handed me to keys to look at the jeep. I was then told it was sold. I was not very happy as they told me they would call if it sold. Needless to say I was upset. Mainly because I did not think the jeep was sold. I told the salesman if the deal falls through, call me. I was called the next day and the jeep was back. The jeep was not sold but a sales manager at another Tom Wood dealership wanted it but then decided he did not and the jeep came back. So the management at the dealership were not telling the truth. I wanted the jeep so I went back in. Then I was told that the price was the price and there was only a 200.00 mark up. I believe that was also not the truth. I wanted the jeep so I paid for it. I know they are in it to make money but not being truthful will cause a review like this. After I purchased the jeep I noticed driving at 70 the jeep pulled. I did not contact Tom Wood because I signed off on the We Owe. I had to get the jeep aligned and had to get new shocks as there was an issue with them as well. Then I took the tops out and saw all the scratches. I should have looked before I bought it but you would think that they would take pride in what they sell and make it right before it is sold. My gut tells me that there is probably something else wrong with the jeep or the service manager at the other Tom Wood dealership would not have decided against it. I guess what they say is true, buyer beware. Sad that it is this way. I guess I would think twice before I look at any Tom Wood dealership to purchase a car. More

We were compelled (not pushed into) to buy due the way we were treated as well as with the overall pricing and commitments. It was a win-win situation for all concerned parties! 4 out of our last 5 vehicles have been purchased at a Tom Wood Dealership. That should tell you something! More

Kevin Vaugh was my Sales Consultant. I had been looking for two months for a vehicle. I finally made the drive out to Whitestown and I couldn't be happier that I was my Sales Consultant. Kevin was seriously the best Sales Consultant I worked with out of I can't even tell you how many dealerships. He wasn't pushy and blowing up my phone like the rest of the places I was working with. I told him what I was looking for and he pulled it right up for me. When I asked for information on the vehicle he sent it right away to me. He was very cool and down to earth. Also very honest. I couldn't be happier with my experience. This has been a very stressful process up until we started working with Kevin. Thank you so much for all that you did Kevin, I love my new truck! More
