I had another very positive experience at Lexus of Watertown. My salesperson, Kevin Silva, was wonderful to work with.. His knowledge, patience, and friendliness put me at ease. He answered all of Watertown. My salesperson, Kevin Silva, was wonderful to work with.. His knowledge, patience, and friendliness put me at ease. He answered all of my questions (and there were many!) as I vacillated between many different vehicles and options, and I never felt any pressure from him. Although I live only two miles from another Lexus dealership, I continue to choose to do business in Watertown simply because of the low-pressure experience. Thank you, Kevin, for making it this way! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to my preferences and walked me through various options until finding one that was the best fit for me. I never once felt pressured and and could tell that he truly wanted his customers to be happy. The facility was comfortable and well-organized, and while limited, all of my interactions with other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend Lexus of Watertown and Kevin especially! More
