I've been in the car business all my life. I grew up on a car lot and have learned all my life about the car business. The business runs in the family and we continue to grow, nationally Known in what we do. I also love to connect with people and meet new people. We are Blessed to bless others. I am a Big believer in God, If it weren't for him we would not be where we are today. We work hard as a team and take Pride in everything we do. The Sharpest Rides is like no other dealer and will continue to lead and stay Humble. God Bless.

I don't know if my car is safe! Customer service is poor. I bought a 2017 Kia Soul from Jesse Martinez (who, I understand, is no longer with the company) on November 7th, 2018 1) Your finance manager didn't I bought a 2017 Kia Soul from Jesse Martinez (who, I understand, is no longer with the company) on November 7th, 2018 1) Your finance manager didn't accept the (slight) discount, I could have gotten at a Kia Dealership, (the discount was supplied by USAA ) 2) The car came without an inspection list. I have no idea what was or wasn't checked on the vehicle after you purchased it from auction, and before it went up for sale. Jesse told me it had had an oil change, but when it was delivered, I noticed the next service date on the window sticker was listed as 11/10.2018 - three days after purchase. 2a) I contacted Jesse Martinez several times to get some of this done, and he made promises that weren't kept. (times and dates can be provided upon request) 11.30.2018 - I originally contacted (Sales Manager) Roger Garcia to express my dissatisfaction w/ The Sharpest Rides. Today, 12.04.2018 he says the service department has no record of even doing an oil change on the vehicle. It is my understanding, and perhaps I am wrong, but I believe it to be Colorado Law, that inspections be done prior to sale, and that information be made available to the customer. Now, he says I can bring my vehicle in, and the service department will do an inspection for me and give me a check list. He also stated that all vehicles on the lot for sale, from this time forward, will have an inspection check list. So, why is there no record of any inspection of mine? And of course, I will have to take time off from work or time away from my elderly mother (upsetting her routine on Saturdays) in order to bring my car in for inspection. Could I be compensated for my lost wages and / or mileage? Also, can I truly trust a service department to check my vehicle completely the 2nd time, when they either lost the paperwork for the first inspection or didn't do it at all? 3) Jesse told me that floor mats were in the back seat. They were not. Hopefully, after almost a month, Roger will try and get them shipped via Fed-Ex to my secondary address. 12.10.2018 - the floor mats have arrived at my secondary address. Though I haven't had a chance to see them and install them yet. 12.12.2018 the floor mats I received were not made to fit my car. They were generic Sharpest Rides floor mats, which I had to cut to fit - and ruined two good utility knives in the process. They will, however, be good for the winter. Thank you. 4) I felt rushed through the financing department and felt I couldn't ask any questions. It wasn't that late at night, (prior to 6:00 P.M). I could hardly understand the man who did the paperwork for me. Had I been allowed to ask him some questions, perhaps, I could have avoided these issues. My contact information is on file, I hope. My rating my be upgraded, in the future. More

Best Car Shopping Experience Possible I am a first time buyer with terrible credit due to student loans and everyone at Sharpest Rides helped me out beyond compare. Lawrence took the time I am a first time buyer with terrible credit due to student loans and everyone at Sharpest Rides helped me out beyond compare. Lawrence took the time to sit down, answer every single question, look through their inventory and find me a car that not only worked with my budget but was something I’m excited to drive. DJ came over throughout the process and went in depth, explaining every aspect, andwering my many questions, and. ring entirely upfront. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, kind, experienced, and no hassle. I did not feel pressured to buy or like I was being haggled at all. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. More

Car broke down after 2 days I had placed a down payment of $2000 on June 4th, I wasn't able to pick up the car until Friday the 8th. The car left me stranded on Sunday the 10th. I had placed a down payment of $2000 on June 4th, I wasn't able to pick up the car until Friday the 8th. The car left me stranded on Sunday the 10th. After back and forth with Oscar at the repair shop It was finally towed to Denver from Fort Collins on June 12th. I had asked repeatedly to Oscar that I should just take the car to a local repair shop in Fort Collins because I was certain it was the starter. He kept suggesting to me that I get it towed to the repair shop in Englewood, even though it would be $233 and it would be coming out of my pocket. That is when he said it would be reimbursed. After repeated calls that week, I wasn't able to pickup my car until Friday. For that entire week I had to get uber's to and from work. To be able to get to your repair shop I had to get on a greyhound to Denver and then take a Lyft to your repair shop from Union Station. Oscar's customer service was sub-par the entire time and the only reason I chose to tow it to Englewood was because he said it would be reimbursed. I will be getting the tow reimbursed for half, hopefully, even though that isn't what we discussed. I have gotten the run around that Finance, Service, and Sales apparently aren't in the same building so they know nothing of what goes on between them. I am extremely frustrated and PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THE SHADIEST RIDES. I am looking to place a compaint with the BBB. More
