We have been coming here for 3 years to have our service done Jeff has been fantastic as our service writer. We have lots of trust and faith in the dealership that’s why we purchased our truck there. They just tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. I was told I would get the extra key when the sales man talked to the previous owner to get it. Never received the key nor did they have one made for I was told I would get the extra key when the sales man talked to the previous owner to get it. Never received the key nor did they have one made for me. I’ve never bought a vehicle that came with one key from the dealer. Maybe I should have kept a key from my trade in!!! They happily gave me the number to their “ Key Guy”.so I can have him make one for me… skip this place!!! More
