I then forwarded my email to the internet sales person I spoke with to get me in the dealership & I still haven’t heard one word back. If they can’t answer the questions they should at least be forwarded to someone who can. Poor customer service! I also was told that my car came with a 2nd key but was then told it was at a different location & I would be receiving it in the mail but have yet to receive anything. It would be nice to receive at least an email acknowledging the email that I sent and some answers to my questions! More
