The dealership received a special edition black Raptor which I initially wanted but was not available. Flex always wanted another Raptor and after minimal negotiations over the phone, I bought another new Raptor and Flex bought mine. It was a win-win situation for both of us. Kevin Osborne was instrumental in this " Double Trade ", hats off to him. My wife recently purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKZ from Flex which she loves. There is never any pressure from anyone. This is the fourth vehicle purchased that Matt Wilde has handled and again was flawless. Our kids purchased vehicles from Flex and we recently purchased a car for our grandson from him.
