Great to sell you a truck, however anything further then that is complete garbage. Their communication "customer service" is pathetic. As part of the sale there was a detail and simple window switch to be completed which they said would be taken care of asap. After ME having to call them multiple times, they finally got it in after about two weeks. While in their care were involved in an accident with my truck, said they would take care of everything. That was on 7/10/26, as of today 7/25/26 I have been very patient and requested 5 times in the last two weeks to just simply receive some sort of information or update with my truck and have yet to have anyone call me back with any information. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service. I would never do business with these guys again. Ask me how much I appreciate paying on a loan for a truck that is not even in my possession, is now devalued due to an accident on its record that I had no involvement in. More

I feel that I got a deal except the tires on the truck should have been replaced do to cracking and chunks missing from the side walls.
