Our experience at Gateway Nissan was great. We met Tim back in August and he was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with a car. We kept his card and eventually called him when we wer back in August and he was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with a car. Nick Lindstrom and Kevin Nordick are great guys to work with. I was looking for a very no frills, straight-forward sales process (as I had done a ton of my own research before), and they really delivered! with. I was looking for a very no frills, straight-forward sales process (as I had done a ton of my own research before), and they really delivered! The facility is clean and have enough amenities to entertain children and adults. If I have any negative comments all about Gateway, it's about finance department which took longer than was reasonable (two hours to get in when I had pre-negotiated the sales price before even coming in). This was because they had only one finance manager available on a Saturday, which I understand can happen (especially since I came in during a busy time -- the afternoon on Saturday); however, it would behoove Gateway to have a second individual cross-trained in the finance process to avoid an unreasonable bottleneck for customers (if significant backlog develops). Additionally, when I stated that I was not interested in an (admittedly) pretty reasonably priced extended warranty, the finance manager left me with an underhanded comment stating my decision to not take his offer was "very surprising." Maybe that was just his personal frustration with other clients though. On the positive side, the finance process (for me) was extremely fast and bereft.
