i bought a cpo vehicle, worked with Tony Hall in Used car sales. had some problems with Starlink and worked with Kevin on that issue which was resolved. My only concern (complaint) with the entire process is sales. had some problems with Starlink and worked with Kevin on that issue which was resolved. My only concern (complaint) with the entire process is the amount of time used to explain on the Tech options, but honestly that would have taken an entire day. Melissa was excellent in setting my appt. and following the service and getting someone else ( Kevin ) involved. More

Rick & Kevin were amazing David not. Almost walked away from the deal b/c of David. Putting a used car customer ahead of me when we had decided on an appt time was horrible. Kevin did everything in his power to bridge my displeasure in the situation. We waited a very long long time to do the financials. We didn't end up getting out till after 5pm & the service dept was closed & couldn't make the appt there for the addional products to be put on the onyx. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle & feel I was made to feel like i was 2nd class by David. The fun exciting experience of buying a new vehicle became diminished. Maybe if I had been a male the situation wouldn't have happened. More
