The air bags First of all, let me start with the safety of my Subaru. I was in a scary accident in my Legacy, which resulted in it being a total loss. The air bags deployed as designed to do and I walked away! Secondly, I needed a new car very quickly. That’s where the sales staff at Boardman Subaru came in. They did a super job! Fast, friendly, and very helpful with this process. Thanks again to all for making a bad day much better. Highly recommend Boardman Subaru! More

They deliver in every way when it comes to making the important decision of buying a car. What I loved best was the fact that there is no pressure there they truly have that much confidence in their products they tell you the facts they answer every question honestly and they are there too. A hue and making the best decision for yourself and they took the time to find out what you are looking for and what fits your needs! How many retail businesses do that in this day in age? And then they work with you to find the best plan they're closer guy is great too really a great bunch of men and women! More

I submitted a question vi The fantastic customer service I received from the Boardman Subaru team started before I even set foot onto the parking lot. I submitted a question via the chat app on the website, and within seconds someone was with me collecting information. I then received an email the next day providing me with more information as well as requesting permission to call. Shortly thereafter, a Subaru employee called and was able to set me up for a test drive in my dream Crosstrek later that same day. Once on site, I was introduced to Kevin, who went on the test drive with me while answering all of my questions. Kevin was easygoing, polite, and completely honest with me. After the test drive (by which point I was completely in love with the car), I was explained the terms of the lease in language that was easy even for a non-financially savvy person to understand. I was dreading the thought of finding a new car, but the Boardman Subaru team made my experience easy and fun. And I absolutely LOVE MY 2017 Crosstrek. I'm no longer afraid of weather conditions impacting my ability to get from point A and B (and do it in style, I might add). My mom was so impressed that she's now on the market for a Crosstrek as well! More
