Brought car in for service. They say the do a whatever 21 point inspection. I get the car back the very thing I Brought the car in for wasn't fixed. Had to bring it back . They told me I need to change a part that didnt needed to be done. Ps never changed the part car is fine . Very disappointed have 4 BMWs won't get another from Ralley. More
