This was my worst experience ever. Advisor added so many unnecessary service to my almost brand new CH-R Toyota car I just purchased last year and without even explanation he sent it to a mechanic anyway an unnecessary service to my almost brand new CH-R Toyota car I just purchased last year and without even explanation he sent it to a mechanic anyway and bill was over $891 for a new car that has no problem at all. labor fee was $500. I was given no explanation as to why my car needed this service . My reason there was to have my tires checked if needed to replace it. That’s it. Advisor name was Kevin Goh. No customer service .
