My daughter found a car she wanted to buy and we did not want the rate that the dealer's lender offered so we went elsewhere to get funding. When we tried to actually purchase the car, we got the run around and were told that they have 'had bad experiences with my lender in the past and would not work with them'. The lender is USAA and I have purchased the majority of my cars using their funding. Never an issue. Always professional. The lack of communication from MetroWest Hyundai and their unprofessionalism has us going elsewhere. It was a huge waste of time and my personal opinion is that something about this dealership is shady. I would advise going somewhere more up front with your vehicle purchase. More
