Horrible expeience Salesman AJ Jamshidi, managers Moe Afzal, Tom Deering & Kevin Dooris, and owner Miles Brandon are either uniformed or non-responsive. Dealership sends Salesman AJ Jamshidi, managers Moe Afzal, Tom Deering & Kevin Dooris, and owner Miles Brandon are either uniformed or non-responsive. Dealership sends a barrage of automated emails but consistently ignores my emails and calls with actual issues and concerns. Worst car-buying experience ever. Avoid Capistrano Mazda at all costs! More

Forouz provided the best car buying experience I could have ever imagined. There was never any pressure to buy. She was more interested in helping me find what I wanted in my price range. There was no rushing out the door after the purchase. Forouz made sure she covered all the features of my new car. She truly made it an exciting, enjoyable experience! If you want to buy from a dealership who cares about the customer, is true to their word, no surprises in the final deal, then Capo Mazda is the place to go. And I absolutely LOVE my car!!!! More

We knew we wanted a Mazda3 hatchback, they had the the car we wanted, and we were in and out within 90 minutes. They were considerate, not pushy AT ALL, and made sure we got exactly what we needed at a great price. I HIGHLY recommend this team if you're in the market for a new car. And we LOVE our new Mazda. More

A Pleasant Surprise! My husband and I discovered Capistrano Mazda while looking for a used car online. We had great customer service from the minute we showed interest in the car. Jerry sent us a video to help answer questions before we made the drive down from Brea. When we arrived on the lot our initial contact (Jerry) was unavailable, but Diego stepped in to help us out. He was great from the get go! No pressure, knowledgable, kind, friendly, and respectful of our time and needs. We didn't end up buying the used car we anticipated, but rather a brand new CX-5. This wasn't because Diego put any pressure on us, but rather because he didn't! He showed us exactly what we requested and allowed us to take our time in making decisions. Kevin in finance worked hard to help us find a comfortable car payment that we could live with every month. Paul made the signing process as painless as possible and had us ready to drive away in our new car rather quickly. Overall, Capistrano Mazda provided us with excellent customer service. We live 37 miles away from this dealership, but will be happy to make the drive to continue our car servicing relationship with such a great group of people! More

Easiest purchase ever My husband is in the business, so we buy cars differently. We negotiate the deal ahead of time and come in and do the paperwork. Because of this we often get the "3C" delivery; "See the Car, See the Keys, C ya". Not here. AJ took the time to explain everything to me, he made sure I knew how things worked before I left the lot. he made sure I knew I had his cell phone and told me if I had any questions to call him. Kevin in Finance was great, explained all the options to me, made the process as painless as possible. The deal started with Moe who was professional though the whole process. The exact car I wanted was actually sitting in the MV Mall, once we had a deal, he made sure it was back at the dealership when I was able to come pick it up. When I pulled in and saw it sitting there with a "Do not Sell" notice on the windshield, that made my day. I am so happy with this dealership that I will be coming here for service, even though I have other Mazda dealers closer to my home. These 3 sold me on Capo Mazda completely. More

Great Leasing Experience First of all, I'd like to state that it was my best experience at a dealership so far. My sales associate was Marcin, who goes above and beyond your First of all, I'd like to state that it was my best experience at a dealership so far. My sales associate was Marcin, who goes above and beyond your expectations. He puts customer service and care as a priority over profit. I spent around 6 hours at the dealership overall, and he made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. He provided complimentary beverages, and was very open to reasonable negotiations. He got me into a 2017 Mazda3 for much lower than any of the other dealers I went to, and was helpful every step of the way. The finance specialist Kevin, and the manager Tom were quick to correct any mistakes and were very open to negotiations as well. I highly recommend that everyone go to this dealership first when considering a Mazda. More

I received an email with a personalized video from Marcin within a few hours of submitting an online inquiry for my vehicle of interest. Marcin responded to all of my inquires i.e. vehicle pricing, financing terms, color availability, etc. in a very expedient manner. My first visit to the dealership for a test drive was very smooth with no pressure for a sale. When I made the decision to purchase the vehicle Marcin, Tom and Kevin made the process very quick and smooth. The purchase process was by far the quickest I have ever experienced at a dealership with the total time being a little over an hour versus the typical 2-2.5 hours that normally occurred in my past experience. Another bonus, Capo Mazda offers 1 year of complimentary service for all new car purchases! I would definitely recommend Capo Mazda to my friends and family. More
