When I first arrived for my 8:15am appointment I only wanted a synthetic oil change for my toyota I bought from Boch. I chose an early appointment because I had another appointment at 10:30am that I need wanted a synthetic oil change for my toyota I bought from Boch. I chose an early appointment because I had another appointment at 10:30am that I needed to get to. I found an online coupon for $44 synthetic oil change. I arrived and asked the attendant before he took my car if the coupon was still valid and he said yes. I waited for my car to be done, after 30 minutes I received a phone call from him stating that I had a recall on my airbags, I asked him how long that would take and he stated “only 25 minutes”. I agreed since I still had an hour and a half before my next appointment. After 2 hours of waiting I finally received a phone call but instead of him telling me my car was ready he told me I needed new spark plugs installed. I told him I needed to leave for another appointment and that I’d get my spark plugs at another time. I asked him how much longer it would be, he told me “another 15 more minutes, they’re finishing up with your airbags and I need to get your paperwork together.” After another 45 minutes I finally saw my car pull out of the garage, I went in to get my keys to leave because I was already late for my appointment. He was busy talking to another customer. Finally he printed my paperwork after 5 minutes and he brought it up so I could pay and leave. The woman at the cash register then asked me for $75 for my oil change. I told her I’m only paying for the $44 promo oil change, she said I’d have to pay $75 or to show her the coupon with a very rude tone. I showed her the coupon on the Boch website and she said he needed to print out new paperwork. After another 5 minutes I was finally able to pay and leave. I missed my appointment after waiting 2 and a half hours. I felt they were trying to up-charge me on my oil change even after telling them about the $44 oil change deal. They also left a plastic seat cover over my drivers seat- it’s great to know they’re trying to prevent the spread of COVID, but by leaving a used dirty plastic seat cover on my seat for me to come in contact with put me at risk. I will never come here again for anything that I need for my car, I also won’t be buying a car from Boch Toyota if this is how they treat their customers. I recommended Boch to my fiancé who also bought his Toyota from Boch, I won’t be recommending them anymore. More

My experience with Kevin DaSilvia was EXCELLENT. Kevin was extremely professional and very kind. I did not have an appointment and although the dealership was busy they still took me in with open arms. I was extremely professional and very kind. I did not have an appointment and although the dealership was busy they still took me in with open arms. I had to run errands and Kevin called me as soon as my car was finished. When I arrived he went over all of the paperwork and made sure I understood everything. In the past, I haven’t had the best service at Boch and was pleased this time around thanks to Kevin. More

Very difficult to contact dealer to schedule recall service. One phone number no longer working. Tried on the net, got message that I would be contacted. 3 days no contact. Finally drove to dea service. One phone number no longer working. Tried on the net, got message that I would be contacted. 3 days no contact. Finally drove to dealer. Had to order part, scheduled next time I was in the area- 3 days later. Things went smoothly on arrival but took 2 hours when initial contact told me 1 hour. More

Above and Beyond! Carlos was just awesome. Very knowledgeable and the whole experience was convenient. Carlos made me aware of other issues that will need attention. I Carlos was just awesome. Kevin DaSilva was very helpful and professional. However, I was very disappointed to learn that I was being charged an additional 3 percent to my already high repair bill because I used my credit card.I cont I was very disappointed to learn that I was being charged an additional 3 percent to my already high repair bill because I used my credit card.I contacted my bank to find out if this was the banks new policy only to find out it wasn’t but it’s your policy. Going forward I will have to rethink doing business with Boch Toyota More

Please give attention and priority to clients.
