I’ve always felt confident having my car serviced here. However, my last few visits have been exceeding long, even with an appointment. After waiting 2 hrs for an inspection sticker, along with a battery check, I had to seek out my service writer for an update. Kevin was very pleasant and took me to the mechanic, who showed me my tire wear and, yes, I did need a new battery. So another 2 hrs was added to my wait! I realize that the pandemic has caused a void in staff; however, 4 hrs was too long without communication! Also, I was informed by the cashier , that a 3% additional charge would be added if I used a bank card or any card! My bill was over $1000, which would add another $30 +! Never happened before and certainly not good customer service!
