Service Dept: took car in for repair of issue related to Toyota Customer Support Program notice related to front transfer case electro-magnetic clutch as well as 5000 mile service. Provided Toyotas letter r Toyota Customer Support Program notice related to front transfer case electro-magnetic clutch as well as 5000 mile service. Provided Toyotas letter regarding the same to Kevin upon dropping off the car. Explained I wanted the problem diagnosed and fixed as covered under Toyotas letter to me. Picked up car hours later to find they only performed the 5000 mile service and had not made any notes I wanted the transfer case issue addressed! Missed a whole day of work to have this issue fixed only to find they never even looked at it! Very unsatisfactory service. More
