This was by far the BEST purchase experience that I have ever has. It was quick, easy, and I felt heard. This was my second time working with Dallas Lease Returns and it was even better than the first time. I was in a rough spot. I had a job offer and I needed a newer car for the travel. I was told I had six and it was even better than the first time. I was in a rough spot. I had a job offer and I needed a newer car for the travel. I was told I had six months to get one. No problem. A couple of days later I was told, "You need to have that car now if you want us to hire you." So, I knew DLR was the only place that could help us. We did not have much for Kerron to work with. I was expecting to get laughed out the building or drive off in an Carrolla with door missing and a dog living in it. This job offer was going to be the tide that lifted our boats, but we had to sail without the water. Kerron got us rolling in a beautiful Jeep Cherokee. Looking good and the stress gone and the problem solved. Did I mention is was only a few hours start to finish. I have spent literally all day at a dealership before. Not here. I can't thank Kerron and Don up there enough. They know our family, my wife our 4 kids and they took better care of us than family or friends could have. They knew we were in a tight spot and did everything they could to take us to our better days. I told my employer I got the car now let's go with the job. My boss said "Man, you take care of your business." I'm proud to say I do, and so do the folks at Dallas Lease Returns. Five stars is not enough. More
