Great place, Kent Smith was absolutely wonderful working with me to make sure my needs were taken care of, this is the second time I have dealt with Kent. I’m going to have to go with a one. If I went by the first car purchase, it would have been a 5 star rating but with the second car purchase things went down hill. 17 days after the paperwork was signed first car purchase, it would have been a 5 star rating but with the second car purchase things went down hill. 17 days after the paperwork was signed I was called and told the bank needed a bunch of paperwork I wasn’t told they needed the day the papers were signed. Then it took forever for my trade to get paid off. A month later I am still waiting on the refund for the extended warranty on my trade and I keep getting the run around. I don’t think I will be buying another vehicle from Spitzer if this is how repeat customers get treated. And yes, I understand that covid is causing delays, but not like this. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately I don’t think they care about ratings or repeat customers so this will fall on deaf ears. But if you are looking for a dealer, I’d go elsewhere More
