This is my first time buying a Mercedes. My past experiences with other car brands has been better. I was expecting white glove service from a luxury brand like Mercedes but this dealership My past experiences with other car brands has been better. I was expecting white glove service from a luxury brand like Mercedes but this dealership fell short. First of all, Mercedes didn’t give any updates when the car shipped with no estimated time or updates on delivery. Second, Sears Imports offered me far below trade value for my Jeep. They also told me I needed to pay for another year of tabs on my Jeep to trade it. I found two other dealers offering to buy my Jeep for $4000 more than Sears. It was a huge insult that I had to sell my car to another dealership rather than trade it for my Mercedes which would’ve saved on the taxes. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. If I hadn’t waited 6 months for my car I would’ve walked away. The dealer who bought my Jeep didn’t ask me to pay for a year of tabs so that saved me another $400. I’m also disappointed that the dealer didn’t have tires in stock for winter. I had to go with an another vendor for this. The wheels Sears could order were twice the price plus labor fees More

I have purchased 10 cars in the past 10 years. I have never had such a disrespectful interaction on a potential trade. The manager tried to tell me that he would not pay above the bottom of the Kelley blue book, ‘good’ rating on a car that is less than three years old, has less than 50,000 miles on it, and legitimately is in ‘very good’ condition. He tried to tell me that my car needed new tires. Those tires were replaced 4 months ago. And, I am a return customer. I will not return ever again. More
